Have you ever had a taco cart taco? Well sometimes I wouldn’t suggest it, but if you know where to go, it can be a mind-blowing flavor-filled experience. I had one recently and it put Taco Bell to shame(and I love taco bell), so of course now I’m trying to remake their deliciousness. Sadly im not even able to come close to how good they are able to make it, but through my failures I stumbled across something that was delicious in its own way. It is a funky mixing of cultural flavors, and combines together to form a delicious and unique taco.
Ingredients:
- chicken breast(skinless, boneless)
- teriyaki sauce
- white onion
- cilantro
- lettuce
- white wine vinegar
- shredded cheese
- lemon juice
- tortilla shells
How to:
- grill chicken breast that has been marinated in teriyaki sauce
- once cooked cube into small chunks
- place in skillet on medium and saute for about 2 minutes
- once hot add 1 dash of white wine vinegar, and let cook down
- then add 1 cap full of lemon juice, about 1 teaspoon/ a splash. let that cook down
- place tortilla shell in the microwave for 20 seconds so it will be soft
- then add chicken, diced onion, shredded lettuce, and a generous sprinkle of cilantro
- cheese is optional, but I mean who doesn’t like cheese
- then eat like a taco and enjoy!
